We went ahead with Sammy as the DJ/MC for our big day. He was very professional and coordinated before the big day, despite my many changes and emails back and forth. On the day, there were still changes to the timeline during the reception, which Sammy adapted to easily. He kept the dance floor going, and created a good vibe and atmosphere for the night. Would recommend.

Sammy from Melbourne DJ Services was simply a pleasure to work with and someone I wouldn't have any doubts about recommending to my friends and family. Sammy promptly and patiently responded to all of my questions regarding my DIY wedding in Philip Island, making the process easy and reassuring. He setup at the venue whilst the ceremony was being conducted without any assistance and then laid out an amazing playlist created from our vision of the day. DJ Sammy was seriously awesome to work with. He was our DJ and MC on 10-Feb-23. We had a few last min changes and he handled them so calmly. He absolutely rocked the playlist. DJ Sammy really made the party special - he is a terrific DJ that read the crowd really well and kept the dance floor full all night. Many guests commented how good the DJ at our party was and asked for his details. Any event I host in the future, I’ll definitely have Sammy as the DJ. The whole experience was no fuss and super convenient, he travelled quite a distance to be at our party on the coast, came and set up great lighting and sound system. Extremely happy with Dj-ing services provided at our wedding by DJ Sammy.Sammy was quite responsive to our emails and accommodating to our music preferences. We will forever be thankful for the wonderful DJ who attended our event on Friday evening. A power outage at the very last minute meant a change of venue and the DJ took it in his stride, packed up and drove 20 min to the new venue. All this with a calm manner.He quickly set up and had our guest dancing while waiting for the food to be served (delayed due to moving venues). A quick chat to him later on in the evening and he happily agreed to stay longer. He had us dancing all night and I can honestly say he saved the event. Music made the night.

There isn’t enough thanks one could offer to Sammy for everything he did for us on our wedding night. The first venue lost power 1 hour before the event started however we were able to find another venue and shift the whole wedding within 30mins. Sammy didn’t even hesitate, packing up his gear and moving to the new venue and by the time the bridal party arrived he was playing music and the guests were enjoying the night. Melbourne DJ Services showed the up most professionalism that night and they honestly ensured that my wife and I had the best time after all the drama. Everyone was commenting on how great the music selection was with a number of guest looking to book their services for future event coming up. Once again the deepest thanks goes out for ensuring we had the best night we possible could.

My husband and I specifically picked our wedding vendors and Melbourne DJ Services was one of the best decisions…. highly professional & most on the affordable side as well!We originally planned our wedding in Dec 2019 and had to postpone it twice due to Covid. They were flexible with date changes and accommodating. Sammy (our DJ) provided us a detailed questionnaire email to provide names/songs/details... I think this made it especially easy to tell them exactly what we wanted.DJ Sammy & MC Steve were both amazing. They listened to what we wanted and delivered. During the reception they got everyone comfortable and helped everyone interact with each other. The music, lighting & setup was all perfect, and MC was professional and incredibly kind.Can’t go wrong with these guys! Very happy we used Melbourne DJ Services, and we will continue to keep their phone number spreading for all future weddings!

Melbourne Dj Services team was great to work with! Easy, straightforward packages and reliable! They did an amazing job making sure our wedding set up was ready well in advance of our 8pm start time. We had a dance floor setup at the outdoor area where they also provided uplighting.As we walked in the music began and was so well received by all my guest. The classics choices were perfect for the occasion and the DJ did some great mixing too to keep the party super fresh and jam-pack with all our favourite songs & classics!

How soon shall I make the booking for my Work/Office Party?

Yes! We can book your Christmas party DJ in advance, whether you are planning on celebrating Christmas in July or December. We are always available at your service 🙂

Can I provide my own songs/Genres for the night?

Yes, As we understand everyone has got different taste of music so we let our customers choose the songs they wish for us to play throughout the night. You can select as many genres as you want and can provide us up to 40 must play songs for the night. We will then tailor our playlist based on your selection

What is the cost of hiring a Corporate / Christmas Party DJ?

Our Corpoate and Christmas Party DJ hire packages starts from $489 for 4 hours and $549 for 5 hours

What time will the DJ be arriving to setup?

We arrive up to 45 mins earlier to setup. If you need any earlier than this, please let us know and that can also be accommodated.

Do you charge for setup/packdown?

No, all setups & packdpown are provided free of cost. We do not charge any extra for the setup.

What is your Covid Cancellation policy?

For any reason related to Covid, if your event is not going ahead due to State/Venue restrictions. We are more than happy to reschedule your event (free of cost) or Issue the full refund.

What Payment modes do you accept?

You can make the payment via cash, Bank transfer credit card, Eftpos (Master and Visa) and PayPal. We do also accept Payment on arrival

Do you provide Invoice for the event?

Yes, we do provide invoice of Tax purposes.
