Refund Policy

At Melbourne DJ Services, we’re happy to help our clients who wish to ask refund for our packages / services reserved via bookings.

Melbourne Disc Jockey Services (MDJS) will offer full refund for all deposits paid for the services or packages purchased/reserved from MDJS if:

A customer cancels the service purchased /event and requests a refund at least 4 weeks in writing before the scheduled event/service purchased.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable costs in respect of your booking if you cancel your event and inform us 4 weeks in prior to the event date.

Otherwise, MDJS will only offer full refund for all services the Company offers due to non-performance of the services that is not due to any fault of the customer/client who purchased the service.

Deposits paid via credit card will be paid back in cash/bank transfer only

To initiate a refund, the customer must write to the Melbourne Disc Jockey Services, requesting a refund or cancellation. All written communication must be directed to [email protected]
