We work with your venue, event coordinator and run sheet before the event so everyone knows what is happening and when. We arrive early, set up before your guests need the space and make sure the sound, microphones and lighting are ready to go.
During the event, we manage the music around what is happening in the room. Background music during arrivals and dinner. Clear audio for speeches and presentations. Then, when it's time, music that gets people onto the dance floor.

We tailor the music to your company, your guests and the type of event you're holding. You can send us your preferred genres and a must-play list before the event. You can also tell us what you don't want played.
We then build around that and read the room on the night. For events with mixed age groups, we can move comfortably between current music, house, R&B, disco, funk, 80s, 90s, 2000s and familiar party favourites without making the night feel like a random playlist. Clean versions can also be used where required.

Need someone to handle announcements as well?
Our DJ and MC option keeps things simple. We can work from your run sheet and handle introductions, speeches, awards, formalities and general announcements throughout the event.
The MC style is professional and relaxed. No cheesy routines. No unnecessary talking over the music.
If your company already has an MC, that's fine too. A wireless microphone is available for speeches and announcements.

Sound, Lighting & Presentation
The setup matters at a corporate event.
We use professional DJ equipment, PA systems, wireless microphones and event lighting selected for the venue and guest numbers.
Lighting can include dance floor lighting and uplighting to add colour around the room without turning a formal corporate event into a nightclub.
We can also work within venue sound requirements and adjust volume throughout the event as the room changes.

We confirm the important details before the event, including venue access, setup time, speeches, formalities, music preferences and the run sheet. We also allow enough time to have the DJ setup completed before guests arrive.
