Our Refund Policy
At Melbourne DJ Services (MDJS), we’re happy to help our clients who wish to ask refund for our packages/services reserved via bookings.
Melbourne Disc Jockey Services (MDJS) will offer full refund for all payments paid for the services or packages if:
- A customer cancels the service purchased /event and requests a refund at least 4 weeks in writing before the scheduled event/service purchased.
- We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable costs in respect of your booking if you cancel your event and inform us 4 weeks in prior to the event date.
- Otherwise, MDJS will only offer full refund for all services the Company offers due to non-performance of the services that is not due to any fault of the customer/client who purchased the service.
- Deposits paid via credit card will be paid back in cash/bank transfer only unless agreed by both parties
- There will be no refund available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event.
- There will be no refund available after execution of our Services. However MDJS may offer repeat service at a discounted rate in exceptional circumstances, as deemed appropriate by the provider (i.e. MDJS)
- To initiate a refund, the customer must write to the Melbourne Disc Jockey Services, requesting a refund or cancellation. All written communication must be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
